Editorial Policy & Corrections

Students plan weeks of study around the dates on this site, so accuracy comes first. This page explains how we make and update pages, how we use AI tools, and how to report a mistake.

Our sources

Every date on Datesheets.com comes from an official source: the exam board’s, university’s or testing body’s own website, PDF or notification, or an official news agency quoting it. We link that source on every page. We do not copy dates from other date sheet websites or social media forwards.

How a page is made

  1. Verify: each date, day and timing is checked against the official document. Weekdays are checked against the calendar with a script before publishing.
  2. Label: every page carries a status badge: Official, Revised, Tentative or Announced – official PDF awaited. If a schedule is not out yet, we say so and never guess.
  3. Explain: pages open with a short answer and an at-a-glance summary, followed by the full day-wise table, practical dates, FAQs and a link to the official PDF.
  4. Date: each page shows when it was last checked.

How we keep pages up to date

We re-check pages when boards revise or postpone exams, and regularly while exams are close. When a date, status or source changes, we update the page, its status badge and its “Last updated” date.

Use of AI tools

We use AI tools to help monitor announcements, draft page text and check formatting. AI is never treated as a source of dates: every date and status is checked against the official notice before it is published, and the Datesheets Editorial Team is responsible for everything on the site.

Independence and advertising

Datesheets.com is independent and not affiliated with any government, board or university. Ads, where shown, never change what we publish, and we keep them away from download buttons and exam tables.

Corrections

Found a wrong date, a broken link or a newer official notice? Please tell us through our contact page and include the official notice or PDF link if you have it. We check every report against the official source and correct the page if it is wrong, updating its “Last updated” date.
